Join NDDH’s Linda Colangelo and Madalyn Lowell for an energetic walk on the scenic Putnam River Trail. Meet at the bandshell on Kennedy Drive and we’ll walk to the Putnam Farmers Market and back. Start your day refreshed with an early morning walk at 7, swing by after work for a 5:15 walk, or do both! Everyone is welcome.
