Update Posted 7/16/09 - Results from the latest round of water testing samples collected from the Putnam community water supply are expected Friday morning, July 17, 2009.

Press Release Update 071409 - Additional water quality tests conducted throughout the Putnam public water distribution system on July 13, 2009 have been reported positive for total coliform bacteria.

Press Release 071209 - Required water quality tests conducted by the Water Pollution Control Authority of Putnam (WPCA) during the July, 2009 monitoring period indicated the presence of fecal coliform or E. coli in the Town of Putnam water supply.
